I was pleased to find a complimentary kit with a small tube of body gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the main Berlin attractions and in the city center. The room had a great design, with a fresh and comfortable feel. The front desk staff was professional and helpful, providing answers to all our questions. The breakfast buffet was also a big plus, offering a nice variety of options.
I was disappointed to discover that the air conditioning was not working and there were no fans available. This made our room uncomfortably hot, especially since opening the window wasn't an option due to the noise from the busy street and nearby fire station.

Rooms were bright, everything was perfect. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereal, breads and scrambled eggs. It was a fairly nice stay, you could leave a car on site.

We loved staying at this place! It's conveniently located right outside the train station, which made it easy for us to get around and visit all the key tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofing. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the welcome drink and the nice note from the General manager.
This place is definitely recommended to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and excellent, with all the necessary amenities like a TV and mini fridge. The big comfy bed ensured a great night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we even got a free upgrade to a premium room. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was only 50 meters away from a subway station, providing easy access to all the popular attractions in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Innside. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were very nice. The wifi connection was good, and I enjoyed the small sauna upstairs. The breakfast offered a large choice and was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
